Weberz is not a new figure in the hosting arena. The company has been around for quite a while. The owner, Tracy Phillips, certainly gained the respect of his customers. His open, upfront attitude, can only be commended.

The company is not big, but while some might see this as a weakness, it is perhaps one of the reasons that makes their customers happy. As it usually happens with such companies, a certain personal touch infuses the communication between the host and its patronage. The host and the customer actually get to know each other.

Update: In 2005 the company has been sold to WeHostWebpages.com. You can read a bit more about that here. The new owner, Robert, seems to have understood the company's vision. I had the pleasure of exchanging emails with him a few times and he seemed like a really standup guy.

As such, a trouble free hosting service allows me dedicate myself towards servicing my customers. I can very well say that I have received nothing short of a great service from him all the time.

The best thing I have seen in his service is the personal attention that he provides to his customers/ resellers. In fact, as of today, I talk to him more on a terms of a friend rather than in a traditional professional service provider/customer basis. This is not to say that he's in anyway unprofessional, but more as a pointer to the level of service he provides.

(...)I've used Tracy over at Weberz for quite some time now, and his service is simply outstanding. For that reason, I now have three accounts with him. If I ever need anything, he is always available and eager to work with me personally to solve it.

One time, I had an issue with an SSL certificate on a site that wasn't even hosted with him. I mentioned it in passing to him, and he stopped to provide me with all the information I needed to get it fixed quickly.

Anyhow, I had to scramble to find a host so I searched diligently on WHT for hours Saturday morning and I wound up going with Weberz. I don't regret it for a second. Plenty of options to choose from with their plans and their H-SPHERE CP on their Windows "Partner/Reseller" plan allows for plenty options to pass on to your clients (or limit them as the case may be). I have had EXCELLENT service and support thus far and I would highly recommend them.
