HostGator is one of the web hosting companies that have many positive customer reviews. My own 6 years+ experience with their shared hosting lives up to the expectations - excellent uptime and server performance. I use their hosting for this very website and I've received excellent service. Their prices are not the lowest I've seen, but they're certainly among the lower ones. As a side note, their owner is kind of a fan of WHReviews which to me says a lot about him.

Coupon codes: During the order process you can fill "whreviews" as a coupon code (without the quotes) and you'll get $9.94 off. This means you can try their "Baby" package for 1 month for 1 cent. I've also found a $24.95 off coupon, "slickdeals", but I not aware how long it will be available. Black Friday coupon: 75off for 75% off the order.

"I have been with hostgator for 3 months now and never had a problem. I don't know that much about hosting and I contacted the cheap host *********.com for some help. I waited a week and nobody ever replied back. And it was hard to do everything without people helping me. Hostgator always helps me on aim and is always in good spirit about it. I recently had my account deleted and it was a big mistake to do so. Hostgator gave me another chance and put me back up and even gave me a month extension to pay them. What else could be better then a host that helps you all the time and helps you out if your having money problems like me. Thanks hostgator."

"I would like to recommend hostgator.com, to anyone looking for a cheap host with fast support and reliable servers. Recently I had to switch hosts and was hunting for a new one when I received an email about a post I had made a while back, they offered me a free 30 days to test them out, and the experience was excellent. Coincidently it doesn't work out for me to be hosted there due to the fact that just this morning my comic site was linked to by Penny-Arcade and I consumed all of Pentium 2.4ghz 1gig Ram server in the space of a few hours. due to this I had to be kicked off there server to keep it running... I would still recommend them, as the time I was there the support was very fast and there was no downtime."

"I have only being with hostgator for a couple week, but i was very pleased with their server and support. I have to cancel because my company decide to merge with another company who already have internet backbone infrastructure in place. Hostgator will work with you to keep you as a customer. If my company didn't make such decision i would stay with them. Cheap plan, reliable server, good services,etc. Like i say, i've only be with them for a couple of week therefore that's all i have experience during that time. I would recommed that people would try out (it have 30day money back) why not give it a try!"

They support mySQL/PHP and a bunch of other stuff. Best of all, they don't have any restrictions on content. I've been with them for about 3 months or so and they're doing an excellent job."
