Bluewho could be considered a new kid in the reseller hosting arena. Their attidude towards their customers made them quite succesful and popular though. It seems that the friendly tone and helpful support are the things that make their customers overjoyed. Isn't that a beatiful thing?

NOTE: Blue who is now owned by Insiderhosting, who also owns HTTPme. The same staff will remain in place though, so there's little reason to believe there's going to be a change in the quality of service.

My final "can't go wrong" list is now narrowed to about 15 resellers and I keep track of them always in case the provider I'm with goes under and I need to switch quick to another quality host. I was considering both idologic & bluewho and sent e-mails several times to both, sometimes at odd hour. Bluewho has faster response time although idologic was also fast. Adrian and Jeff+Damiaan were very polite in their answer and give some explanations instead of yes/no only. But I found that Adrian's explanations were simpler and easier to follow. (...) In the end I chose bluewho (after Adrian replied to my e-mail at 3am his time ) but still keep idologic at the top of my list.

BlueWho is the best in my opinion. They have given me the greatest support (Answer questions in a matter of seconds (MY record was 1:32 mins)). They have fast servers, and go further than any host to make your stay as nice as possible. I have never experienced downtime with Bluewho (Except when I accidently filled up their TMP dir to 100% but was fixed in a matter of seconds) and even help me transfer all my reseller accounts to my new dedicated server, even though they are loosing me as a customer. He's honest. I've never seen or had him loose his temper, and I'm enough to make most loose their temper with my hosting related PTSD. LOL. And in a pinch there's no one in the hosting world I'd rather have on my side. My only bugaboo is he won't tell what the heck a BlueWho is.
